It has been said over and over again,
That the only constant is change.
But today what I want to ask you,
Is, what happens when change is consciously made?
Well, when you consciously and mindfully take steps to change, you are working towards evolving yourself into someone better. You have taken your goals in sight, and are walking towards them to become who you want to be.
And to become what you want to be, you cannot remain who you are today.
So, for instance, to become more forgiving, you need to accept your shortcoming of possibly holding a grudge, and work consciously towards learning to forgive someone who has hurt you.
Just remember, I know it is a long journey of change, but it leads you somewhere better. Somewhere more peaceful. Somewhere more content. Somewhere happier.
