Trust me, I know that feeling to wanting to “feel positive” all the time. When the whole world keeps telling me to “think positive” and “be strong”, I begin to doubt myself because I feel sad or tired or scared about something happening in my life.
But ITS OKAY. Its’ perfectly okay to FEEL. To have feelings which are not all that “positive”. To experience frustration or anxiety is okay, and it doesn’t make you a “weak” or a “negative” person.
At the end of the day, you are only human, and being human is the total sum of all experiences and all feelings.
So, no, you don’t have to be positive all the time.
